Arlene Balady has been a Realtor for 29 years and is one of the founding members of the Keller Williams Dallas North/Preston Hollow Office. She has been honored in D Magazine as one of the "Best Realtors in Dallas" since 2000. Arlene attributes her success to her knowledge of the marketplace, ability to keep up with changing market conditions, strong negotiating skills and her desire to do everything possible to meet her clients' needs by providing quality service. Arlene is ranked in the Top 1% of agents nationwide and also among individual agents within Keller Williams and has been the Top Producer in the office since its inception. Her business comes mostly from referrals from past clients, many of whom have worked with her multiple times themselves. Arlene's high qualify of customer service is what people remember the most and she enjoys working with people from first-time homebuyers to corporate executives purchasing multi-million dollar homes.
In 2009, Michele joined her mother and "The Balady-Beach Team" was formed. Michele attended St. Rita School and Ursuline Academy. She received her BA in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University where she met her husband, John, who is in commerical real estate. While raising her family, Michele bought, remodeled and sold several homes. These endeavors allowed her to gain usable knowledge for working with homebuyers and helping them determine costs of renovations or updates. Michele is excited to join her mother and be a part of this challenging and constantly changing industry.
